It is possible to provide a device and a magnetic device device comprising the same.본 발명은 하이브리드 냉각장치 및 이를 포함하는 자기장치료기에 관한 것으로서, 냉각수를 1차 열교환하여 온도를 낮추기 위한 제1냉각부； 상기 제1냉각부를 통해 1차 열교환시킨 냉각수를 2차 열교환하되 온도를 정교하게 제어하기 위한 제2냉각부를 포함하되, 상기 제1냉각부는 냉각 라디에이터 유닛으로 구성하고, 상기 제2냉각부는 열전소자를 통해 냉각수의 온도를 정교하게 제어하는 열전소자방식 냉각 열교환유닛으로 구성하는 하이브리드 냉각장치 및 이를 본체 상에 구비하는 자기장치료기를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면, 냉각효율을 향상시킬 수 있으면서 정교한 온도 제어를 수행할 수 있고 종래 냉각방식들에 비해 진동과 소음을 감소시킬 수 있으며 정교한 온도 제어를 통해 냉각수의 온도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 하이브리드 냉각장치 및 이를 포함하는 자기장치료기를 제공할 수 있다.
