PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier with wheels to which a load is applied uniformly and which can be mounted on steps 1 of an escalator.SOLUTION: The carrier B with wheels to be placed on the steps 1 of the escalator A is provided with a carrier body 5 and a plurality of copying mechanisms 6a, 6b and 6c coupled to the carrier body 5. The copying mechanisms 6a, 6b and 6c have wheels 5a, 5b and 5c and copying rollers 7a, 7b and 7c engaging with the escort rail 4 respectively. The copying mechanisms 6a, 6b and 6c are coupled to each other through link mechanisms 8b, 8b, 8c and 8c which are provided with pressing mechanisms 9b and 9c which generate pressing force from the upper copying mechanism 6a to other copying mechanisms 6b and 6c.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 エスカレータのステップに乗る各車輪に均一に荷重が加わるような車輪付き台車を提供する。【解決手段】 エスカレータAのステップ1に載置される車輪付き台車Bは、台車本体5と、台車本体5に連結された複数の倣い機構6a,6b,6cとを備えている。各倣い機構6a,6b,6cは、車輪5a,5b,5cと、エスカレータAのエスコートレール4に係合する倣いローラ7a,7b,7cとを有している。各倣い機構6a,6b,6cはリンク機構8b,8b’,8c,8c’により連結され、このリンク機構8b,8b’,8c,8c’に、上部の倣い機構6aから他の倣い機構6b,6cに対して押付力を生じさせる押付機構9b,9cが設けられている。
