To provide an optical measuring device obtaining information ON the quantity of received light in a measured region such as the cerebral blood flow while removing unnecessary information ON the quantity of received light in a shallow region such as the dermal blood flow shallower than the measured region of a subject.
SOLUTION: The optical measuring device 1 has a first light emitting/receiving part 11 having a plurality of light emitting probes 12 and a plurality of light receiving probe 13. The light emitting probes 12 and the light receiving probes 13 are alternately disposed at first preset intervals in a latticed shape in the first light emitting/receiving part 11. In a second light emitting/receiving part 15, a second present interval between each light emitting probe 16 and light receiving probe 17 is shorter than the first preset interval. A control part 20 obtains first received light quantity information for the light from the light emitting probe 12 to the light receiving probe 13, obtains second received light quantity information for the light from the light emitting probe 16 to the light receiving probe 17, and removes unnecessary received light quantity information from the first received light quantity information by using the second received light quantity information.
