PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an optical biological information measuring instrument capable of measuring biological information even when the position of a light emitting/receiving part is shifted by body movements without positioning the light emitting/receiving part and a light emitting/receiving unit for measuring biological information.SOLUTION: The optical biological information measuring instrument comprises a light emitting element 11 for emitting light and a light receiving element 12 disposed separately from the light emitting element 11 for receiving the light from the light emitting element 11, and measures the information of a living body interposing between the light emitting element 11 and the light receiving element 12 on the basis of signals obtained from the light receiving element 12.
