The present invention relates to a hermetic pressure type injector for a stem of a tree which particularly includes: an agent solution container (100) which includes a compressed container insertion unit (130), arranged between an outer wall (110) and an inner wall (120) on which a pair of hanging grooves are placed apart from each other to have a certain gap, an injection blocking film (150), arranged on a space between walls of an injection tube (140) formed to be integrated with a front end portion, and an opening, which is a rear side; an agent solution container sealing cover (200) which includes a punching needle guiding tube (210), which has a front end portion closed by a guiding tube blocking film (211) and protrudes far toward an injection blocking film (150), and is integrally attached to an circumference of an opening of a rear side of the agent solution container (100) to prevent agent solution from leaking to the outside; and a compressed container (300) which includes hanging protrusions, formed on an outer side to have a gap, to be hung by hanging grooves, is joined with the compressed container insertion unit (130), and includes, on the center, a punching needle (310), which has a flow channel groove (311), formed to have a long length in a lengthwise direction and is located close to the guiding tube blocking film (211) of the punching needle guiding tube (210) to punch the guiding tube blocking film (211) and the injection blocking film (150) in order. When the compressed container is pressed, the agent solution is smoothly injected by pressure of compressed air. When work in a large scale is performed on trees on the streets, forests, and parks, work efficiency of the hermetic pressure type injector is excellent and costs for the work is low.
