PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid electronic endoscope in which a hermetic case can be sealed using a hermetic terminal at a high yield.SOLUTION: A hermetic case 31 for receiving an imaging module at its tip end has a female-type fitting part 70 arranged at its rear end, the female-type fitting part 70 having an inner peripheral surface formed by a first tapered surface 71 of which inner diameter tapers down toward the tip end of the hermetic case 31. On the other hand, a hermetic terminal 33 for hermetically sealing the rear end of the hermetic case 31 has a male-type fitting part 72 arranged, the male-type fitting part 72 having an inner peripheral surface formed by a second tapered surface 73 which tapers in the same direction as for the first tapered surface 71. The female-type fitting part 72 is fitted to the male-type fitting part 70, and the welding parts around the joint between the rear end of the hermetic case 31 and the hermetic terminal 33 are laser-welded to integrally fasten the first tapered surface 71 and the second tapered surface 73 at the welding parts. As a result, the rear end of the hermetic case 31 is sealed hermetically to thereby ensure the hermeticity of the interior of the hermetic case 31.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】気密端子による気密ケースの封止を歩留りよく行うことが可能な硬性電子内視鏡を提供する。【解決手段】先端に撮像モジュールを収容する気密ケース31の後端には、気密ケース31の先端に向かって内径が細くなる第1傾斜面71で内周面が形成されるメス型嵌合部70が設けられている。他方、気密ケース31の後端を気密に塞ぐ気密端子33には、第1傾斜面71と同じ向きに傾斜した第2傾斜面73で外周面が形成されるオス型嵌合部72が設けられている。メス型嵌合部70にオス型嵌合部72を嵌合し、気密ケース31の後端と気密端子33の繋ぎ目付近の溶接箇所の第1傾斜面71と第2傾斜面73をレーザ溶接により一体化して固着する。これにより気密ケース31の後端が気密に塞がれ、気密ケース31内の気密性が確保される。【選択図】図6
