The present invention relates to a method for preparing steamed and marinated snow crab. According to the present invention, the method includes the steps of: (i) collecting and steaming crab guts (10); (ii) storing and defrosting the crab guts (20); (iii) preparing a marinated snow crab by mixing the supplementary ingredients with the crab guts (30); (iv) heating the marinated snow crab (40); (v) cooling the marinated snow crab (50); (vi) mixing the marinated snow crab (60); (vii) packaging the marinated snow crab (70); (viii) sterilizing the marinated snow crab (80); and (ix) storing the marinated snow crab (90). According to the method of the present invention, the snow crab can be used as the form of a steamed and marinated crab, as well as the existing soy sauce-marinated crab or spicy marinated crab.
