The apparatus comprises a corner frame(110) which has two supporting stands; an edge frame(120) which has three supporting stands; a middle frame(130) has four supporting stands; a connecting pin which connects the corner frame, the edge frame and the middle frame; and a tree box(200) which is receives in the box receiving part(140) formed between the corner frame and the edge frame and the middle frame and where a tree is planted, wherein the water is supplied from a water supply unit to the tree box through a plurality of holes.
