A driving-control module is cooperated with a PZT micropump and includes a control circuit, a boost circuit, a feedback circuit and a driving circuit. The control circuit outputs a boost signal and a control signal. The boost circuit is electrically connected with the control circuit and outputs a DC signal according to the boost signal. The feedback circuit is electrically connected with the control circuit and the boost circuit, and outputs a feedback signal inputting to the control circuit according to the DC signal in order to stable the DC signal. The driving circuit is electrically connected with the control circuit, the boost circuit and the PZT micropump, and outputs a driving signal according to the DC signal and control signal to make the PZT micropump output a fluid stably. A driving and controlling method is also disclosed.
