The present invention relates to a management device for taking medicine. More specifically, the management device includes: a storage unit in which cartridge packages are stored； a transport unit which has at least one roller for transferring the stored cartridge packages； a cutting unit which cuts the front cartridge package among the cartridge packages； an outlet through which the cut cartridge packages are discharged to the outside； a filming unit； and a control unit which controls the filming unit to film external images when the cartridge packages are discharged to the outside.
