PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address such a problem that a radiographer forgets to set a dose of an X-ray generator and radiographs at a former set value to cause excessive exposure, and provide an imaging management device preventing the excessive exposure in such a case by issuing an alert to the radiographer.SOLUTION: The imaging management device stores site information and X-ray information at a previous imaging, an estimated dose measured from a shot image, and irradiation dose acquired from a DAP (Dose Area Product) meter to estimate a dose in the previous imaging from the information, and infers a usage dose at a next imaging from the site information and X-ray information at a next imaging. When there is a large difference between the previous imaging dose and the next estimated dose, the imaging management device issues an alert.
