PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a radiographer to highly efficiently acquire improvements of the positioning of a medical image and support an appropriate positioning according to a subject and the improvement in imaging techniques of the radiographer.SOLUTION: A positioning evaluation means 102 acquires a medical image formed by radiographing a diagnosis object region of a subject, analyzes the acquired medical image and evaluates the positioning in the radiography according to each evaluation item. A positioning precaution creating means 104 creates positioning precaution items based on the evaluation results, and the positioning precaution items are stored in a positioning precaution item storage means 110 in association with a subject ID.
