This devise is directed along a central computer and a training plan that is user-specific training plan entered by the supervisor (coach) to the central control training system that includes a wearable device that controls the users training at the center as a flash of sound and light.The system of the present invention allows a supervisor to control the intensity and time of training of each wearable user through a central computer so that the supervisor can perform the training program effectively.Based on the view that the exercise can not proceed without a leader (supervisor), this design provides a system in which a supervisor (central computer) can manage training plans and users physiological information.The central control training system of the present invention can be used for athletic organizations and schools that need a systematic and efficient fitness improvement program. In particular, it is effective to perform high intensity training, but the centralized assistant (coaches, etc.) under the control of the trainee inspectors need guidance, using the system of the present design can be controlled without the user assistant.본 고안은 감독자(코치)에 의해 사용자별 훈련 계획이 입력되는 중앙 컴퓨터와 훈련 계획에 따라 음향과 표시등의 점멸로서 사용자의 훈련을 중앙에서 통제하는 웨어러블 기기를 포함하는 중앙 제어 훈련 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 시스템은 감독자가 중앙 컴퓨터를 통해 각각의 웨어러블 기기 사용자의 훈련강도나 시간을 통제할 수 있어 감독자가 계획한 훈련 프로그램을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있다.본 고안은 ‘지도자(감독자) 없이 운동을 진행할 수 없다’라는 관점에 기반하여, 훈련 계획, 사용자의 생리 정보를 감독자(중앙 컴퓨터)가 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제공한다.본 고안의 중앙제어 훈련 시스템은 체계적이고 효율적인 체력 향상 프로그램이 필요한 운동단체나 학교 등에 사용될 수 있다. 특히, 강도 높은 중앙 통제식 훈련을 수행하기 위해서는 감독관 지도하에 훈련자를 통제하는 조교(코치 등)가 필요하였으나, 본 고안의 시스템을 사용하면 조교없이도 사용자를 통제할 수 있으므로 효율적이다.
