The illumination device includes a first light source and a first storage configured to store characteristic information of the first light source. The light source module includes a second light source and a second storage configured to store characteristic information of the second light source. The illumination device includes a control circuit configured to determine a driving condition of at least one of the first and second light sources, based on the characteristic information of the first and second light sources.
