SOLUTION: The insertion part flexible tube has a fixing means which includes a first female screw part 431 provided along the circumferential direction of one end part of the shell 42 and a first male screw part 331 provided in a connection tube 33 to be screwed with the first female screw part 431, and fixes the shell 42 to the connection tube 33 by screwing the first female screw part 431 and the first male screw part 331 by rotating the shell 42 around the axis.
