The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating hypersensitive teeth comprising: a hypersensitive medicine applying member which lineally moves by a first linear moving unit and protrudes toward one end of a body housing member； and a hypersensitive medicine applying member which lineally moves by a second linear moving unit and protrudes toward one end of the body housing member.
