A seaweed polysaccharides mask and its manufacturing method are disclosed, the seaweed polysaccharide mask comprising sodium carrageenan of 1.1 to 1.8 parts by weight, sodium alginate of 0.3 to 0.8 part by weight, maltose of 0.03 to 0.15 part by weight, zostera marina extract of 0.03 to 0.15 part by weight, calcium alginate of 0.01 to 0.08 part by weight, butanediol of 8 to 10 parts by weight, and water that makes the aforementioned ingredients combined into a total of 100 parts by weight. This invention can use specific proportions of sodium carrageenan, sodium alginate, maltose, zostera marina extract and calcium algae, without the need of adding modifier, to produce a mask which is soft, excellent in toughness, resistant to brittle rupture when folded.
