Provided is an emulsion-type eyelash cosmetic (mascara) which can minimize the clogging of a comb without lowering the curling power, which exhibits excellent voluminousness and smoothness in use, and which is removable with hot water. This eyelash cosmetic is characterized by containing (a) 20 to 30 mass% of an alkyl acrylate copolymer emulsion, (b) 3 to 6 mass% of a moisturizing agent and (c) 0.1 to 0.4 mass% of a polyacrylic acid salt.
