A noodle product containing the meat of poultry is provided to improve the quality of meat, the taste and the smell by using the egg collected from the poultry bred by using chitosan. A noodle product containing the meat of poultry is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of a wheat flour or a rice flour, 10-90 parts by weight of the meat of poultry which is bred by feeding a chitosan aqueous solution, 5-15 parts by weight of the egg of the poultry which is bred by feeding a chitosan aqueous solution, and 3-5 parts by weight of salt; pasting the mixture; molding the pasted one; and drying the molded one.
