A sterilizer-container for feeding bottles comprising a sterilizer-container body, a pair of lower and upper support seats provided at the side wall of said sterilizer-container body, a bottle mounting plate removably mounted on said lower support seat, said bottle mounting plate being provided with a plurality of spacedly disposed bottle mounting holes, a bottle holding plate removably mounted on said upper support seat, a cover lid pivotably secured on top of said sterilizer-container body and an abbreviated skirt projecting downwardly under the peripheral edge of said cover lid.
