The tool holder (1) has a longitudinal propeller shaft (3) including an end (4) with a connection unit (5) for allowing application of torque to actuate the propeller shaft in rotation around a longitudinal direction (I-I). Another end (6) is provided with another connection unit (7) to receive a surgical tool such as milling cutter (2), in a removable manner and to rotate the tool around the longitudinal direction. The former connection unit, the latter connection unit, and the propeller shaft are made of only one part.
