PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information detector which measures information of the living body by a stable pressing force.SOLUTION: A biological information detector 1 includes: a housing 10 which has at least a bottom surface to be a first surface and an upper surface to be a second surface facing the first surface a detection part 20 which is provided for the bottom surface and detects an amount of reflected light of a measured finger, a finger to be measured and a support part 30 which is provided for the upper surface and with which the measured finger supporting the housing is in contact. The detection part 20 is arranged nearer a right end part 113 of the housing than a center of gravity 53 of the housing.
