PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information detector capable of detecting biological information by pressing a finger using the gravity of a holder in which a position relation between a detection part and the finger which is a subject does not deviate during the detection of the biological information.SOLUTION: A biological information detector 1 at least includes a lower housing with a notched surface 23, an upper housing 3 with a weight 33, a support part 4, and a detection part 5. The lower housing 2 is provided below the upper housing 3. The support part 4 rotatably connects the lower housing 2 and the upper housing 3, and can switch a state between a first state in which a second surface 22 of the lower housing 2 and a first surface 34 of the upper housing 3 are separated, and a second state in which the second surface 22 of the lower housing 2 and the first surface 34 of the upper housing 3 are close to each other.
