La présente invention concerne un dispositif de cotation des troubles acquis du langage chez un sujet, ledit dispositif comprenant : un module d'émission de flux audio ； un module d'affichage d'au moins une image ； au moins un module d'enregistrement d'une réponse du sujet, ledit module d'enregistrement étant configuré pour collecter la réponse pendant un délai prédéterminé ； une mémoire comprenant une pluralité de flux audio comprenant une consigne ； chaque flux audio étant apparié avec au moins une réponse prédéfinie et optionnellement avec au moins une image ； et un module d'analyse pour comparer la réponse enregistrée par le module d'enregistrement avec la au moins une réponse prédéfinie mémorisée ； ledit module d'analyse étant configuré pour attribuer une cote indiquant la présence, l'absence ou la sévérité de troubles acquis du langage.
