PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for substantially improving operability of a pipette.SOLUTION: An operation device is for operating a disposable pipette 4 in a blind tube shape, which has a pore 4b at the front end and has a cylinder part capable of storing contents at the rear end. The operation device includes a pair of pressurizing parts 1, a pressurizing part mooring part 3 and a pipette holding part 2. The pressurizing parts 1 hold the pipette 4 therebetween and pressurize it, the pressurizing part mooring part freely openably and closably moors the pair of pressurizing parts 1, and the pipette holding part 2 holds the pipette 4 so as not to fall.
