PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for inserting an operation film and a device for inserting an operation film, surely and easily performing the operation for inserting the operation film in a clearance gap.
SOLUTION: This tool 10 for inserting an operation film includes: a stem 11 a pair of guide films 13 having flexibility, the respective one ends of which are held on the stem 11 to hold an operation film 14 between them and a pair of guide blades 12 having higher rigidity than the guide films 13, movable along a predetermined first direction in relation to the stem 11, and disposed outside holding parts 13b of the pair of the guide films 13 for holding the operation film 14 in the state of holding the operation film 14 between the guide films 13.
