PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject bag capable of promoting growth of a plant. SOLUTION: This cultivation bag is provided with air holes 13 at many positions at a given pitch on the lower part of a bag body 12; wherein the inner diameter D of each of the air holes 13 is set at, for instance, 1.5-5.0 mm, and the pitches P both in the vertical and horizontal directions of the air holes 13 are set at 2-3 cm, respectively; whereby growth of a plant 17 is promoted since air in the atmosphere goes through the air holes 13 into the culture soil 15 held inside the bag body 12 and oxygen in the air is appropriately supplied to the culture soil 15.
