PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business system which sells and lends, as a package, culture soil mixed according to seed and seedling and a plant kind suitable for veranda gardening and packed at a necessary quantity for a plant cultivation period, and cultivation method guidance, and which collects used culture soil and pots after cultivation is finished. SOLUTION: This business system comprises selecting a plant suitable for veranda vegetable garden, mixing and making culture soil according to a selected plant kind, and making culture soil packed in a pot of a capacity allowing sufficient plant harvest. A specialist instructs or conducts as a proxy sowing seeds and planting seedlings and regularly instructs or conducts as a proxy a cultivation method after sowing seeds and planting seedlings and harvesting method and period.
