PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable use in a state floating in water of a bathtub or the like by a simple configuration, and to provide a relaxation effect to a user.SOLUTION: In a water surface floating volatilizing agent container 1 for use in a state floating in water and having a rubber-like elastic container part 10 capable of storing a volatilizing agent 40 having volatility, the rubber-like elastic container part 10 has in its wall pores having a diameter allowing slow release of the volatilizing agent 40 in a gas state to the outside and preventing leakage of the volatilizing agent 40 in a liquid state to the outside.
