PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of scaffolds for human volume replacement is provided to maintain inherent shape of original tissue, to maximize drying efficiency in a freeze-dry process and to simplify whole manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of scaffolds for human volume replacement comprises: a step of collecting body fat containing lipid from an object； a step of freezing the body fat； a step of putting the body pet under decompression to evaporate and dry moisture in the body fat and to remove lipid separated from body fat； a step of sterilizing body fat in which lipid is removed to obtain scaffolds. The body fat is not pulverized mechanically or chemically.
