The present invention discloses a dental plaque detector with camera which used for detecting condition of teeth inside the oral cavity. The dental plaque detector with camera comprises an opening part, a detecting light source module, a lighting module and a camera module. A detecting light produced by the detecting light source module will be illuminated on the teeth and reflected to the opening part. User can directly check the condition of certain tooth by using a first filter module which mounted on the opening part to filter the reflected light.
