In the method of manufacturing a beer-flavored beverage according to the present invention, manufacturing is performed so that the a* value in the L*a*b* color space is 1.0 or greater and the bitterness value is 25 or greater. In the method for improving the drinking sensation of a beer-flavored beverage according to the present invention, the beer-flavored beverage is prepared so that the a* value in the L*a*b* color space is 1.0 or greater and the bitterness value is 25 or greater.
