The present invention relates to a composition for mitigating nephrotoxin due to an immunosuppressant including metformin and a composition for preventing or treating an immunological disease comprising the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composite formulation for preventing or treating the immunological disease, which comprises the composition for mitigating the nephrotoxin caused by the immunosuppressant including the metformin as an active ingredient, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating the immunological disease including the metformin and a calcineurin inhibitor as an active ingredient, a metformin and calcineurin inhibitor, wherein the compositions and the metformin and calcineurin inhibitor are administered simultaneously, individually or in a predetermined order. The compositions of the present invention can be useful for mitigating effectively a kidney dysfunction caused by side effects of existing immunosuppressants to enhance a therapeutic effect of diseases requiring immunosuppression, furthermore presents various methods for co-administering the existing immunosuppressants and the metformin to reduce the side effects of the nephrotoxin of the existing immunosuppressants, and can be effectively used for preventing or treating organ transplant rejection, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, and the like by maximizing an effect of the immunosuppression or immunomodulation.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 메트포민(metformin)을 포함하는 면역억제제로 인한 신장 독성 완화용 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 면역질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 메트포민을 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역억제제로 유발된 신장 독성 감소용 조성물, 메트포민과 칼시뉴린 억제제(calcineurin inhibitor)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 메트포민과 칼시뉴린 억제제를 구성요소로 포함하며 이들을 동시에, 개별적으로 또는 정해진 순서로 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 복합 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 기존 면역억제제의 부작용으로 생기는 신장 기능 저하를 효과적으로 완화하여 면역억제가 필요한 질병의 치료 효과를 높이는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있으며, 더 나아가 기존의 면역억제제와 메트포민을 병용투여하는 다양한 방법을 제시하여 기존 면역억제제의 신장 독성 부작용은 줄이고, 면역억제 또는 면역조절 효과는 극대화
