PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing frozen cooked rice, capable of continuously freezing the cooked rice, while preventing the cooked rice to cling to a belt conveyer or the like, and by finely graining the cooked rice.SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the frozen cooked rice, that manufactures the frozen rice by supplying the cooked rice 13 on the belt conveyer 12 moving to an outlet 24 side in a cooling room 11, includes: a cooked rice supplier 14 that blows the unfrozen steamed rice 13 in the air of the cooling room 11, then spreads at the upper stream of the belt conveyer, thereby supplies the cooked rice 13 on the belt conveyer 12 by dropping the spread cooked rice 13 on the belt conveyer 12 a cooling device 17 for freezing surfaces of the rice, that sprays cool air for freezing the surfaces to the cooked rice 13 blown in the air of the cooling room 11.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベルトコンベア等に米飯をこびり付かせずに、また米飯を細かく粒状にして連続的に冷凍できるようにする凍結米飯製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】冷却室11内を排出口24側に向かって移動するベルトコンベア12上に米飯13を供給して製造する凍結米飯製造装置において、ベルトコンベア12の上方で凍結前の米飯13を冷却室11内の空間に飛ばしてほぐし、該ほぐされた米飯13をベルトコンベア12上に落下させることにより米飯13をベルトコンベア12上に供給する米飯供給手段14と、冷却室11内空間に飛ばされている米飯13に表面凍結用の冷気を吹き付ける表面凍結用の冷却器17と、を備えるようにした。【選択図】図1
