PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information processing system capable of giving a subject advice when the subject is in a state for easily accepting the advice, and a server system, a biological information processor, a biological information processing method and the like.SOLUTION: A biological information processing system 100 includes: an information acquisition section 110 acquiring biological information and motion information of a subject measured by a sensing section 300 a processing section 130 performing estimation processing of mental state information of the subject on the basis of at least the biological information and an exercise advice information output section 150 outputting exercise advice information with respect to the subject on the basis of at least the motion information. Further, the processing section 130 identifies output timing for outputting the exercise advice information on the basis of the mental state information.
