PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the optimum direction of blowing of hot air in a gas blow-out device and a sauna device using the same.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a body case 11 having an air intake 9 and an air outlet 10 a blower pathway 12 connecting the air intake 9 and the air outlet 10 inside the body case 11 a blower means disposed inside the blower pathway 12 a panel 16 having an air intake opening 14 and an air outlet opening 15 corresponding to the air intake 9 and the air outlet 10 respectively and covering the bottom of the body case 11 and a blow-out means 18 disposed in the air outlet opening 15.
