PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial film and its application, wherein the film is a thin coated film and 50 ppb or more of silver ion can be eluted for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A coating for an antibacterial resin film contains: silver carbonate particles each having a particle diameter of 5 μm or smaller and a silver content rate of 15 mass% or larger and a resin. The content of the silver carbonate particles is 14 to 88 mass% in the antibacterial resin film.
