A part 20D of a device 20 for injecting a liquid product comprises an end sleeve 36 and a syringe support 38 which is able to move with respect to the end sleeve 36. The syringe support 38 is designed to bear an injection syringe 24 fitted with a removable protective cap. A deformable ring 40 is kinematically connected to the syringe support 38.
