PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for a tooth cleaning device and tooth cleaning device that effectively polish gaps between teeth.SOLUTION: The attachment for the stain removal of the tooth cleaning device includes an interdental part 25 for cleaning gaps between teeth by being inserted between the teeth and a base 28 on which the interdental part 25 is disposed. In an outer peripheral surface of the interdental part 25, a first main cleaning surface 61 and a second main cleaning surface 62 form a pair of surfaces which are mutually opposed by being surrounded by visible outlines when viewing from the front and the back.
