A device for washing and massaging human body parts comprises a body (1) consisting of a central part (2) and extensions (3) the body having a front surface (4) and a rear surface (5). The front surface (4) is detailed with bristle-shaped projections (6) integral with the body (1) and the rear surface (5) are equipped with suction cups (7) for a removable attachment of the device to a fixed surface. The device can be applied to a shower wall, a bathtub or bidet.
