The present invention relates to a skin care system which provides information on a skin care management optimized to each person on the basis of a resulting data measured by a skin care measurement device. To this end, the present invention comprises: a skin state measurement device having a sensor unit which measures the state of a skin, and a wireless communication control unit which transmits wirelessly a measurement value measured by the sensor unit a portable terminal which displays a resulting data based on the measurement value on a display unit and a recommending server which receives user information and the resulting data from the portable terminal, and transmits personalized information on the basis of the user information and the resulting data.
