PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care support system capable of performing labor management of a plurality of care workers while notifying an alert in response to needs of care of a care receiver.SOLUTION: A care support system 1 includes: a plurality of sensors 3； a management server 7； and a plurality of portable terminals 9. Each of the plurality of portable terminals 9 includes a function to notify the management server 7 of handling notification when one or more care workers of a plurality of care workers care one or more care receivers after receiving alert information.
