PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life management system, etc. that perceive whether a user ate or not to prevent forgetting to take a medication after eating and perceive whether the user took the medication after eating.SOLUTION: A medication management system includes a user terminal and a server. The user terminal detects the concentration of a first component in blood of a user to determine whether the user ate or not. When the user terminal determines that the user ate, the user terminal transmits first notification information regarding the determination to the server. The server transmits second notification information regarding a medication to be taken by the user to the user terminal on the basis of the first notification information. The user terminal notifies the user of notification for urging the user to take the medication on the basis of the second notification information. The user terminal detects the concentration of a second component with which the user took the medication together in the blood to determine whether the user took the medication or not.
