FIELD: medicine; biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely biotechnology, and can be used to produce a bioresorbable biological matrix to replace defects of bone tissue from xenogeneic or allogeneic bone tissue. Method comprises the following sequential steps: a) step of pretreating said xenogeneic or allogeneic bone tissue, including one or more cycles of its freezing at temperatures from -20 to -80 °C and thawing at temperatures from +5 to +37 °C; b) step of deep purification and extraction of the material obtained in the previous step, comprising treating the material in a solution of ionic or ionic and amphoteric detergent in a buffer solution, then, optionally, washing in a buffer solution, then further processing in a non-ionic detergent solution, followed by extraction of the material using an ultrasonic disintegrator; c) step of delipidating the material obtained in the previous step, comprising treating the material in a solution of ethanol and/or ethanol-chloroform and/or ethanol-ethyl acetate and toluene, and then treatment with sodium hydroxide; d) step of fermenting the material obtained in the previous step, including treating the material in DNAase and/or trypsin solutions; e) step of demineralizing the material obtained in the previous step, including treating the material with a solution of a strong acid followed by neutralization with sodium hydroxide; f) impregnation step comprising impregnating the material obtained in the previous step with vesicular phosphatidyl choline and/or cholesterol to which gelatin (hydrolysed collagen) and/or bone atelocollagen and/or poly (e-caprolactone) are included. Group of inventions also relates to the use of a bioresorbable biological matrix for filling bone tissue defects or as an implant in surgery.EFFECT: use of this group of inventions makes it possible to obtain a biological matrix with enhanced osteo- and biointegration, high biocompatibility and lack of immunoreactivity on t
