Feed conveying arrangements are known, in which the animals can themselves convey the food from the storage container to the feeding place via an actuating element installed in the region of the feeding place. In this case, as a result of the playing instinct of the animal, more feed can pass into the region of the feeding place than the animal can eat. In order to eliminate this disadvantage, an actuating arrangement is proposed, which can only be actuated by two animals alternately depending on one another. As a result, too great a feed delivery is avoided.
