PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a linear actuator which comprises a plurality of movable parts while allowing miniaturization and an oral hygiene device comprising the same.SOLUTION: A linear actuator 1 comprises an electromagnetic block 10 including an electromagnet, and magnetic blocks 20 including a permanent magnet positioned to face the electromagnet across a gap. When electric current is supplied to the electromagnet, the magnetic blocks 20 are driven to reciprocate as movable elements. The magnetic blocks 20 are arranged in parallel, and neighboring ones of the magnetic blocks 20 arranged in parallel are driven to reciprocate in antiphase to each other.
