The equipment management device (10) receives from a remote server (50) a registration request which is transmitted from a portable terminal (60) which has received the operation subject information. The equipment management device (10) registers the portable terminal (60) from which the received registration request was sent as a device which is capable of remotely operating the equipment device (20).
