The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing mixed fermentation extract of black soybean and ulmi pumilae cortex. The present invention provides a cosmetic composition containing mixed fermentation extract of black soybean and ulmi pumilae cortex, prepared by sequential fermentation of a mixture of ulmi pumilae cortex and black soybean mixture with Aspergillus niger, Bacillus subtillis and Lactobacillus sakei, after immersion in deep sea water. The mixed fermentation extract of black soybean and ulmi pumilae cortex can be usefully used as an anti-aging cosmetic by having excellent antioxidant, wrinkle reduction and skin moisturizing effects.본 발명은 유근피 및 검정콩 혼합발효추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 유근피와 검정콩 혼합물을 해양심층수에 침지 후, 아스퍼질러스 나이거(Aspergillus niger), 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtillis) 및 락토바실러스 사케이(Lactobacillus sakei)로 순차발효시켜 제조되는 유근피 및 검정콩 혼합발효추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물이 제공된다. 상기 유근피 및 검정콩 혼합발효추출물은 항산화, 주름개선 및 피부보습효과가 우수하므로 항노화 화장료로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
