The present invention relates to vesicles derived from Veillonella sp. bacteria, and a use thereof. The present inventors have experimentally confirmed that: compared to those of a normal person, the vesicles are significantly reduced in clinical samples from patients with stomach cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, stroke, and diabetes； and the vesicles, isolated from the strain, when administered, inhibits the secretion of inflammatory mediators by pathogenic vesicles such as E. coli-derived vesicles.
