The present invention relates to vesicles derived from Morganella sp. bacteria and a usage thereof. The inventors confirmed by experiments that the vesicles are meaningfully reduced in a clinical sample derived from patients suffering from malignant diseases of cancers of stomach, large intestine, pancreas, bile duct, breast, ovary, bladder, prostate and lymphoma, cardiovascular disorders such as myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation, variant angina, strokes and the like, diabetes and Parkinson′s diseases, compared with normal people, and the vesicles inhibit inflammatory mediator secretion by pathogenic vesicles while inhibiting cancer development in cancer animal models. According to the present invention, the vesicles derived from Morganella sp. bacteria may be useful for the purpose of developing a diagnosing method for preventing or treating malignant diseases of cancers of stomach, large intestine, pancreas, bile duct, breast, ovary, bladder, prostate and lymphoma, cardiovascular disorders such as myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation, variant angina, strokes and the like, diabetes and Parkinson′s diseases, and a composition for the diseases or inflammatory diseases. The present invention also relates to an information providing method for diagnosis which comprises: a step (a) of extracting DNA from vesicles separated from samples of a normal person and an examinee; a step (b) of obtaining PCR products by performing PCR on a pair of primaries with respect to the extracted DNA; and a step (c) of determining that the examinee has cancers in stomach, large intestine, pancreas, bile duct, breast, ovary, bladder, prostate and lymphoma, myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation, variant angina, strokes, diabetes or Parkinson′s diseases if contents of the vesicles derived from Morganella sp. bacteria of the examinee are less than those of the normal person.본 발명은 모르가넬라 속 세균 유래 소포 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명자들은 정상인에
